In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "v888", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the v888 platform, its operators, affiliates, and subsidiaries, operating under PAGCOR authorisation.
• "Platform" — refers to the v888 website at https://v888.lol, including all games, services, features, and content accessible through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the v888 Platform.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player into their v888 Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by v888 under specific promotional terms.
• "Wager" — any real-money bet or stake placed by a Player on a game or event offered through the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licences and oversees v888's operations.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

By accessing the v888 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

To register for and use a v888 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory minimum age requirement pursuant to PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of v888 or any of its affiliated operators or software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

v888 is required to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. Identity verification (KYC) may include, but is not limited to, submission of a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the v888 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names or credentials, is strictly prohibited. v888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings accrued through such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify v888 immediately at [email protected]. v888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Account details, including registered name and date of birth, cannot be changed after registration without formal KYC verification.
• Changes to registered email address, mobile number, or payment method require identity re-verification.
• Inactive accounts — those showing no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or archival, as notified by v888 in advance.
• v888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents from any Account holder at any time for AML or regulatory compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on the v888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). v888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies through the standard player wallet.

Deposits: Players may fund their Account using the payment methods available at the time of deposit, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. v888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being fully complete. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. v888 endeavours to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within the same business day; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or those verified during KYC.

• v888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts, as part of AML compliance obligations.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable and must first meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Funds must be returned to the original deposit source where technically possible.

General bonus terms applicable to all v888 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused or unmet bonus balances will expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.

v888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be offered for the discontinuation of an ongoing promotion except where the Player has already satisfied all applicable wagering requirements.

All games offered on the v888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where required, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by v888.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting strategies, and information sharing during live games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to v888 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Registering multiple Accounts, or using another person's Account or credentials without their knowledge and explicit consent.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or circumventing financial sanctions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law, and providing false information to conceal such access.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment fraud, or reversal of legitimate deposits after corresponding gameplay has occurred.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing v888 staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

v888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its Platform. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment, carries inherent risks and can become harmful when not approached responsibly.

v888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at no charge:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or sell any content from the Platform without express written permission from v888.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use v888's trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that may create confusion or imply endorsement without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without v888's express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of v888's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may give rise to legal action under Philippine intellectual property and civil law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, v888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from Platform use.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond v888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, force majeure events, or third-party software errors.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information or content provided through the Platform.

In any event, v888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude v888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

v888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where v888 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to v888, other Players, or third parties.
• v888 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other regulatory or legal obligation.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these terms.

Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be subject to review. v888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity or policy violations. Where no breach is established, remaining Real Money Balances (excluding Bonus Balances) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements being met.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and v888, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through v888's internal complaints process. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and will be acknowledged within three (3) business days. v888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through v888's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Unit, which has jurisdiction over disputes involving PAGCOR-licensed operators. Players agree that PAGCOR's determination on regulatory matters shall be final and binding.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
